Monsoon will not be in Rock Band 2. When Rock Band 2 is released you will be able to transfer songs from the old edition to the new one, but there are be four songs that cannot be transferred. Those songs are: "Enter Sandman" by Metallica, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath (cover), "Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden (cover) and "Monsoon" by Tokio Hotel.
